Jarbidge, NV—what a place. This Royston Turquoise pendant celebrates Nevada’s first Wilderness Area and the living ghost town perched right in the center of it. Made in the Jarbidge River Canyon, this Royston Turquoise is part of a YouTube series where I make Nevada-inspired Song Dog Silver pieces out in the Great Basin. This Royston Nevada was mined in the Tonopah region, and made into a cabochon by Denver Otteson. Backed by sterling silver, this Jarbidge Wilderness-inspired stone is about quarter-sized and ready to wear with a 16″ or 18″ sterling silver chain of your choice.
